Welcome to the Built for Life Program: Spring Edition 2022
Most programs are built on the traditional barbell movement patterns; squat, bench, deadlift
While there is nothing wrong with these patterns it’s our inability to move outside of them that can lead to potential issues. If you compete in powerlifting then by all means master these 3 movements.
But that’s it, they are only 3 movements and the number of movements the human body is capable of are endless.
When we train just the barbell squat, bench, & deadlift it has the potential to cause limitations in various parts of our shoulders, hips, ankles, spines, which can in turn cause limitations in our movement.
Will we still train squat, bench, & deadlift? Kind of just presented in a manner you may not be used to.
We believe that life happens outside of the gym & your training should prepare you accordingly.
This program will help you build a base of strength & conditioning with a focus on improving deficiencies that we often develop by only training conventional barbell patterns.
